I feel that we’re now moving from surface-level connection into real conversation. From counting ‘likes’ into looking into each other’s eyes.

After years of sacred solitude, I realised how much we all long to be seen—not just as a curated Instagram feed, but fully in our mess, in our art, in our sensitivity and spirituality.

We’re moving from random engagement into listening to people’s stories.
From scheduling time with best friends a month in advance to actually having time.
From short attention spans to intentional presence.
From one-night stands to slow holiday dates.

As time speeds up, we realise what truly matters. And with a deeper connection to the soul, we know: we can’t do life wrong. So there is no rush.

It was never my dream to be a painter, a poet or move my life from thriving life in London to the (very) peaceful French countryside. (read a full story here!)

But I wouldn’t be me myself if I didn’t follow my intuition, and even though I lost many people along the way I gained what’s truly important - a real connection with my best friend. This kind of bond means more that dozens of friends where I was afraid to show my true nature with.

We share our emotions, fears, dreams, ideas, love life, struggles, all of it—no judgment, no masks.

And every time life gets hard, we turn it into art.

Even with no time or money or direction, we always find a way to create. Through words, movement, painting, energy–through simple living.

Through a strong connection to the Higher Self. Always.

I’ve been a spiritual guide and a healer for 13 years. And as a Scorpio Sun and Manifesting-Generator 3/5 in Human Design, I went through my own healing the hard way so you don’t have to. ;)

What I’ve learned, and always try to remember, is to always return to joy, fun and lightness.

As a QHHT practitioner I believe that we are so much more that we can comprehend. We have the power to change our timelines, to completely rewrite our story, if we wanted to.
